Rental Periods:

1 January 2012 – 4 May 2012: €1000 (per week)

5 May 2012 – 22 June 2012: €1400 (per week)

23 June 2012 – 7 September 2012: €1750 (per week)

8 September 2012 – 26 October 2012: €1400 (per week)

Booking notes

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required in advance and the balance paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We ask our guests for an additonal 250 euros against possible breakages/damages payable on arrival and refundable on departure

Preferred day is Saturday, other days by arrangement subject to other bookings. Arrival is after 4 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.

Please note: If paying by Paypal it is in your interest to ‘add funds’ to your account prior to sending money. Then use the funds in your account to transfer the money rather than paying directly from your credit/debit card.
