Room 1 - large double bed, en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower, bidet, basin and WC.
Room 2 - bedroom/sitting room, can be used in conjunction with bedroom 1 and contains single sofa bed and single futon bed for young persons. Sea view.
Room 3 - 2 single beds with use of separate bathroom with bath, walk in shower, basin and WC. Sea view.
Room 4 - double bed with use of separate bathroom with bath, walk in shower, basin and WC. Sea view.
Downstairs:
Kitchen - large open plan kitchen fully equipped, dining area seating 10 people, sitting room area with TV, DVD, HI-FI system, free WiFi - leading out through double doors to extensive garden. Double sofa bed.
Hall - piano, seating area leading to shower room, separate downstairs toilet and back door entrance.
Outside Utility Room - housing large deep freezer and washing machine.
